What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us. If you submit the discovery session form, we collect your name, work email address, organisation, role, institution type, jurisdiction, and the message you write. If you email us directly, we hold whatever your message contains.

This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party trackers. We store a single browser preference locally on your device to remember your light or dark theme choice. That preference never leaves your browser and is not personal data we can access.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, to arrange and prepare for a discovery session, and to keep a record of business correspondence. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing.

Lawful basis

We rely on your consent, given when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries addressed to us.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are retained for up to 24 months, then deleted. Where an engagement follows, records are retained for the period required by the engagement contract and applicable regulatory obligations.

Who else sees it

Our email and hosting providers process this data on our behalf under their own terms. We do not share enquiry details with any other third party unless we are legally required to.

Confidential information

Please do not send confidential customer data, account numbers, or regulatory examination findings through this website. We will agree an appropriately secure channel before any sensitive material is exchanged.

Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to enquiries@sierracrestltd.com and we will respond within 30 days.
